Laddie Shane came to the Arizona with his family in 2001. Laddie went to Saguaro High School in Scottsdale Arizona and has been involved with Arizona politics since. While attending Arizona State University, Laddie worked for the Arizona Republican Party working on many races at the local, state and federal level. He has worked at all levels of a political campaign including key positions in 2014 as the Statewide Field Director for Mark Brnovich for Attorney General and 2016 as Statewide Field Director for Yes on Prop 123. Assisting in the Governor-Elect Doug Ducey transition, Laddie served in the Ducey Administration from its inception through 2017. During that time, Laddie worked in many roles in the areas of policy and communications and finally as the Director of Constituent Engagement and Appointments overseeing over 2,000 appointments as well as outreach and services provided to the public by the Governor’s Office and state agencies. In December 2017, Laddie became a Partner at Compass Strategies in Phoenix, Arizona working in the area of Political Consulting and Public Affairs. Laddie has also served as a volunteer for the Irish Community of Arizona and was recently the 2016 Friends of St. Patrick Young Ambassador.
